Your cooking class starts at 1800h (6.00 pm) and takes place at 21 rue Custine, 75018.You will learn to cook typical French dishes (recipes vary by season), taste new foods and interact with interesting people in this hands-on cooking experience.
Your bilingual chef has trained in the kitchens of Joel Robuchon and Alain Ducasse, then as Executive sous chef at the Ritz-Carlton Montreal, Four Seasons hotel in Mexico and Director/Executive Chef at Lowes Hotel Vogue in Montreal, and several Sofitel hotels.
Enjoy a glass of wine along with a light dinner, eating the delicacies that you learn to cook.
